How soon can flowers be delivered in Korea?
You can choose a delivery date from the next day, Korea time (KST, UTC+9). Delivery before 10 AM needs about 20 hours' notice, and wreaths and plants need 4–5 hours after the order is confirmed. Deliveries run from 9 AM to 8 PM, and condolence wreaths until 10 PM.
How much does it cost to send flowers to Korea?

How do I pay?
Checkout is in US dollars through PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal balance or any major credit or debit card, without a PayPal account. Cards issued in Korea need overseas online payments enabled.
Can you deliver a funeral wreath to a funeral hall?
Yes. Give the funeral hall name, address and memorial room number (빈소 호실). Condolence wreaths come with two printed ribbons: a condolence phrase and your name.
Can I include a message?
Yes, free. Bouquets, baskets and plants come with a message card. Wreaths carry two printed ribbons, one with a short message and one with the sender's name. You can write in English or Korean.
How do I know the flowers were delivered?
You receive an order confirmation email right after payment, and a delivery confirmation email with a photo after delivery. You can also check the order status on the My Orders page.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Contact us immediately to cancel, as preparation can start right after payment. Because flowers are perishable, change-of-mind refunds are not possible once the arrangement is made. Damaged or defective deliveries are exchanged or refunded.
